Personality Systems Strengths are aspects of your Personality System that you most naturally use. They are not abilities or intelligences, but they are considered strengths in that you have likely found ways to use these aspects effectively over your life experiences. Stress-Sensitive Strengths are those that you do not naturally use as much while under stress as you do on your good days.
You value having a sense of being connected to others. You have a felt sense that we all, as humans, are connected on a deeper level. Your belief that we are all a part of something greater than ourselves is a gift. You seek to affiliate with groups and be part of something that is bigger than yourself.
You naturally understand the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of others. Because of this, you are able to intuitively see the world through others' perspectives.
You are naturally warm, patient with others, kind, and hospitable. You enjoy the company of others and will warm up quickly to those around you. You are generous with your kindness, praise, and attention. You are likeable and easy to be around.
You seek to ensure everyone's voice is heard. You are respectful of differences and work to build consensus. You try to steer groups away from conflict and toward agreement, using a diplomatic approach. At times, you may grow frustrated with how much energy people spend imposing their views on others.
