Increasing leadership capacity is a key strategic objective of most organizations. Cultivating organizational bench strength is critical for retaining top talent and positioning the organization for future success. CareProfiler Coaching is a high-impact method for developing leaders.
Many employees find they utilize coaching at different periods in their career: after a new promotion, to improve their management effectiveness, or working to build a specific skill set needed for career growth.
Coaching is not a remedial or corrective process; rather, coaching is a tool for helping already successful professionals develop a new set of skills that will help them take the next step in their careers.
Stakeholders are actively involved in the goal setting process. Research demonstrates that stakeholder involvement, along with employee commitment, are the two most important factors in determining successful outcomes. As such, each CareProfiler Coaching Engagement begins with initial assessment(s) and a stakeholder goal setting session.
After these initial steps, our consultants work with the stakeholder and employee to identify specific competency-based development goals and a recommended number of on-going sessions. Typical Coaching Engagements last from 2-10 months. Our coaching process involves the following elements:
