The CP Two Day Onsite is an intensive consultation in which CP Consultants exam the interpersonal dynamics of a leadership team, uncover the impact on the culture, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prior to Onsite - Initial Background Consultation
Conversation with stakeholder(s) to gather key background information about site, parties to be involved, and clarify goals and expectations for the visit.
Prior to Onsite - Assessment
Depending on the specific situation, assessments may be administered prior to the visit.
Onsite Day One - Meetings with Individuals
CP Consultants meet individually, and in groups where necessary, with parties involved. CP Consultants will gather additional information from individuals to further clarify how the culture is being impacted.
Onsite Day Two - 1 to 2 Hour Group Education Session
CP Consultants facilitate an educational development session onsite, typically on day 2. Topics and activities are determined based on all data and information collected and targeted at the needs of the site.
After Onsite - Report to Stakeholders
Within 1 week of the onsite, CP Consultants prepare a written report to provide to stakeholders. Report includes observations, insights, and conclusions found during the visit along with recommendations. A debrief call is also provided.
